Hi, my name is Vincent yap, I am a male owner. For those of you who are looking for bed space and don’t mine sharing the room with others tenants which is not your friends, family member, relative, and etc, I got bed space for rent, to lady only, for $140 per month and per person, without aircon, rent for 4 peoples in a room at block 2, lorong 7 Toa Payoh.
Include power and water supply. With no close, 24 hours wifi of 54 mbps. Cooking is allowed. Maximum is 4 people in 1 room.
Got washing machine, can use one time a week. Inside the room, got 4 beds, 4 cupboards, with 4 cupboards key and 4 fans in each bed.
Near by bus stop, the bus numbers are: 56／73／88／105／57／153／155／157／159 ／163 ／28 ／59 ／105A ／645, and about 10 minutes walk to Braddell MRT Station (NS18). Lot of near by shops, hawkers, and etc, at my house. Convenience locations. Got one Sheng Siong supermarket, which open 24 hours, at block 4, which is very near by to my block.
If you feel the room or house is dirty, I can hire a cleaner to clean the room or house, if you wanted to rent my room. As this just a small problem, this can be solve easily.
If your expectation is high or if you are looking for a big, beautiful and very clean room or house, than this is not for you.
If you are looking for cheap room to save money, which is not very big, beautiful, and very clean room or house, than this is for you, which you can save money on the rental, as I am the cheapest room rental in Singapore, no one can beat me in price, in toa payoh area. As I have done the research on the price of other room rental.
Some rent for $200 to $500, which is a small or utilities room. Most of them are room share and which is not in toa payoh area. Room share mean they are renting you a bedspace, and charge on per person basis. Mine is common room, which is bigger than utilities room. Even they are common room, most of them rent for 1 person only. Even if they rent a bedspace in common room, their price is higher than mine.
Big, beautiful, and very clean room or house, which is very expensive, if you are work permit holder, my advice is to save money, as make money is not easy. If you pay expensive rental as a result, you don’t save lot of money when you go back to your country, as a result you don’t bring back lot of money to your country.
If you are work permit holder, you not going to forever stay here in Singapore, so why not save money, as a result you make more money?
Even you are PR or Singaporean, which you look for room or bed space which is only temporary, which you can buy house in Singapore, so only temporary, why waste your money on expensive rental, since you only temporary stay? Even it is very big, beautiful, and very clean room or house; it is still not your house.
Why I rent for such a cheap price?
You may probably ask me that… Why you rent for such a cheap price?
First…My house is not very clean or beautiful.
And Secondly…I don’t want to waste my time finding tenants with expensive renting price. As a result it takes more time to find tenants with expensive renting price.
And third…I don’t depend renting room as my full time income, as I got my own online business to do, as renting room just a extra income for me, which to cover my power and water bill, and utilities bill.
However, I got a lady tenant who stays in my room from 2008 to 2012, that is 4 years, if my room or I got problem, that tenant won’t be staying for the past 4 years, isn’t it? Once you come and view my room I can show you the document for that tenant who has stay for the past 4 years.
Can move in on 26/8/2015.
Well other rooms are more beautiful than me, more cleanly than me, more neatly than me, but they charge you a high price, for $200 to $500 per person, in room share. Mine only $140 per person. Think about it, I charge only $140 per person, and you don’t expect much for the room for this kind of price.
If you are alone, renting can be expensive. Other bed spaces are charging $200 to $500, per person, if rent the whole room even more expensive, which cost around $500 to $1,000 plus, for a common room.
The benefit of room share where you can make more friends, and save money. Like you study in school, or in your work place where you will make new friends, in your work place or school. It is impossible which you study all alone in school or work alone in your work place.
P.S. However, this offers is subjected on first come, first serve basis. Those who ACT NOW, are the one of the lucky one. So don't wait even a single day to get your hand on this room. You have to act now! Don't wait until it's gone forever.
Those who rent my room, is the smartest thing you ever did. Because you cannot find such price offers in Singapore, except me. But…it would be a darned fool to miss this opportunity of a lifetime. Because you want to shop around and though, other house is nicer and cheaper than me, which you will not find this kind of price offer.
By the time you came back to me, my room may be taken up. Wouldn't that be a fool, and wasted?
P.S.S Before I end this website, my purpose of this offer is for those of you who want to save money on their room rental, not for those who came to Singapore and enjoy. If enjoy, better stay in a hotel, if they can afford it.

Notes: The living room and the kitchen is dirty and messy, because it make dirty by the formal china tenants, and will clean my whole house if you want to rent my room.
However, the value of the property is the locations; it is not matter of clean or dirty. A dirty small house in orchard can be more expensive than a clean big house in Jurong. However, Toa Payoh location is expensive.
So far, I got 3 bed space have been taken up, left one bed space, if this last bed pace taken up, that it, no others tenant will be accept, so hurry, don’t wait until it is gone. However, if my house or room is that bad, no one will rent my room, isn’t it? If they rent my room, why not you?
